I want to make a return

For return customer buy shipping. We recommend to use trackable shipping. Save the tracking number so we can track the package and make sure that it come to us in a safe way. Always send us an email before we know that the return is on the way.

When we got the package we will make a return and refund you the cost by Klarna.

I want to change size

For size changes outside Sweden customer buy the return shipping and we pay the shipping for the new package with the new size. We recommend to use trackable shipping. Save the tracking number so we can track the package and make sure that it come to us in a safe way. Always send us an email before so we can check stock and confirm that the size is available.

What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

The delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop depends on which country you live in. Shipping outside Sweden is around 10€. Within Sweden 49SEK. If you have questions and concerns about shipping costs, please contact us. Exact shipping costs are always displayed in connection with your order.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

It’s important for us that you as a customer feel safe and comfortable. For customers worldwide, we offer payment by KLARNA (credit card payment) that is one of worlds leading payment solutions. Do you want to shop but none of these options work for you, please contact us and we’ll solve it.

How long will delivery take?

Our orders usually ship within 1-2 business days after after arriving to us. Outside Sweden takes about 1 week and within Sweden 1-2 days. Want to be able to track your package? Contact us at info@mayadelorez.com and we will give you the link.

What exactly happens after ordering?

You will receive a confirmation of your order after order placed in the online shop. Within 1-2 business days, your order will be sent out from us. Then you will receive a confirmation. Then you will receive a notification when your goods are available to pic up at your representative.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Invoice will be sent in conjunction with your order confirmation. If you would need it again for some reason, we can do it afterwards. Contact our customer agents then they will help you out
