  • Here is a summary of delivery times for different carriers within and outside the EU:

    Orders placed before 12:00 on weekdays are shipped the same day.

    Instabee:

    • SE-SE = 1-3 days.
    • SE-DK = 1-3 days.
    • SE-FI = 2-4 days.
    • SE-BE = 2-4 days.
    • SE-NL = 2-4 days.
    • SE-DE = 3-5 days.

    DHL Freight:

    • Within Sweden: 1-2 days.
    • Within EU: 2-4 days.

    DHL Express:

    • Within EU: 1-2 days.
    • Outside EU: Up to one week.

    UPS:

    • Outside EU: Up to one week.

    Please note that these are general delivery times, and actual times may vary depending on specific destinations, transport conditions, and other factors.

    Customers are responsible for paying any customs fees and import taxes. These charges are typically paid directly to the customs authority or the delivery company handling your package. We recommend checking your country's customs regulations before placing an order to be aware of any extra costs.

    How Can I Find Out What Applies to My Country?

    Customs rules and fees change frequently. We suggest visiting your country’s customs authority website or contacting them directly for the most current information on potential charges and payment methods.

    What Happens If I Don’t Pay the Customs Fees?

    If customs fees and import taxes are not paid, your package may be held by customs and possibly returned to us, resulting in additional costs and delays. To avoid this, it’s best to be informed and prepared before placing an order.

    Refund of Customs Fees for Returned Items

    If you need to return an item and seek a refund for the customs fees paid, you can contact your country's customs authority with your tracking number and inform them of the return and the specific item. Upon processing, the customs fees will be refunded to you.

  • Delivery times are in general 3-5 business days but may vary depending on your delivery method and location. See the expected delivery dates for your location at checkout.

    The package will be delivered to your home or the nearest/selected service point. Once the package is ready for pickup, you will receive a notification via SMS or email. The package will be held at the service point for a specified number of days, depending on your chosen region.

  • Worldwide airfreight with an estimated time delivery of 1-4 business days.

    • You can find more information about your estimated delivery time by specifying your country during checkout.
  • Airfreight outside Europe, with a normal delivery time of 4-8 business days depending on the destination.

    View the estimated delivery time as a guideline for your order's expected arrival. Note that the calculation is from the order dispatch date, and while we aim for swift processing, increased order volumes may result in slightly longer processing times.

  • Since we are using DDP, Delivery Duty Paid, there will be no additional costs for you when purchasing from the United Kingdom.

    We are responsible for all risks and fees until the goods are delivered, we also take responsibility for the import clearance.

    The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. No hidden fees or taxes.

    All of our deliveries to the United Kingdom are shipped with UPS.

  • Delivery to pick-up box:
    The package is sent to the nearest or chosen pick-up box and is collected using a code.

    Delivery to your door:
    Delivered in the afternoon and evening. You can choose whether you want to be at home to receive the package or if the package should be left outside the door.

    This option is only available in the following countries:

    Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Belgium, and the Netherlands.

    Following are the estimated delivery times for each country:

    SE = 1-3 business days.
    DK = 1-3 business days.
    FI = 2-4 business days.
    BE = 2-4 business days.
    NL = 2-4 business days.

  • We offer free shipping on orders with an order value greater than the following amounts:

      • 150 EUR

      • 160 CHF

      • 200 GBP

      • 1500 NOK

      • 1150 DKK

      • 200 USD

    Please note that free shipping is not available when ordering to Singapore.

    The following shipping costs apply to orders with an order value lower than the amounts stated above.

      • Germany: 4.99 EUR

      • Switzerland: 9 CHF

      • Liechtenstein: 9 CHF

      • UK: 7 GBP

      • Norway: 70 NOK

      • Denmark: 39 DKK

      • Europe (within EU): 7 EUR
      • US: 10 USD

      • The rest of the world: 10 USD

  • Unfortunately, we currently do not offer the option to reserve products on our website.

    If an item is out of stock, it will be available again as soon as we replenish our inventory.

    We cannot guarantee that we can cancel or edit an order before it is shipped from our warehouse.

    If the order has already been shipped before we process your request, we ask you to make a return when you receive the products. 

  • Of course! As long as both addresses are within the same country. During checkout, use the "Ship to another address" option to specify your desired shipping address.
