  Pre-Loved items are products that may have cosmetic imperfections, been displayed at events, used for photoshoots, or belong to discontinued collections.

  As a result, these products cannot be sold at full price on our website but are fully functional.

  All Pre-Loved garments are washed before being listed on the website.

  When you purchase a Pre-Loved product from our website, you always have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Can I sell my used MD products through your Pre-Loved program?

  Thank you for considering re-selling your products to help contribute to our mission! 
  
  However, our Pre-Loved program only sells products from our main collection that have beauty flaws, production flaws, or have been part of fairs or sample sales and cannot be sold at full price on the website.
  
  We do not currently accept the sale of used products through the program, but it's something we are working towards for the future.
