All prices set out on the Website include VAT in accordance with applicable legislation. If an order is placed from a country within the EU local VAT is included in the price. If an order is placed from a country outside of the EU, the prices are excluding VAT.

Orders shipped to countries outside of the EU may be subject to local VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your delivery address. The VAT will be based on your total order value, regardless of your order being subject to a campaign. It should be noted that Maya Delorez AB has no control over these charges and, since these charges are different in different countries, Maya Delorez AB cannot predict the amount. When you place an order with us from outside of the EU, you are agreeing to pay the tax and duty charges that are specific to your country. It is the customers responsibility to pay for tax and duty charges. Before delivery, customs/your courier will contact you to pay these charges. You will not receive your order without paying. An order can not be cancelled or returned unless these charges have been cleared. Delay or refusal when paying for these charges, will result in your shipment being destroyed and you will not be entitled to a refund.

We have no minimum order value or requirement on the minimum number of products when ordering. This allows you as a customer to choose freely from our range. We reserve the right to make any price adjustments, changes in inventory, and to correct obvious typographical errors that can be found on the website. We believe and hope that this is something you understand as a customer.

United Kingdom: Please note, there will be no additional costs for you, the customer, since we are using DDP, Delivered Duty Paid. Which means that Maya Delorez are responsible for all risks and fees until the goods are delivered, we also take responsibility for the import clearance. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. No hidden fees or taxes.

USA: Due to current US customs regulations, duties will be added on orders exceeding 800 USD/order/24 hours when shipping from Sweden to the USA. You may place one order up to the amount of 800 USD per day. Please bear in mind that the duties may vary on different products and that the rates are fluctuating. 

We offer Adyen as a worldwide payment method.

We always strive to provide you with the fastest possible delivery. We aim to ship orders received before 12:00 on weekdays on the same day. Delivery times vary depending on the delivery option you choose, and you can see the estimated delivery date in the checkout. The estimated delivery time is approximately 1-2 weekdays with express delivery and 2-5 weekdays with standard delivery.  However, delivery times are estimates and may be longer during promotional periods.

When you order from our website, you always have 30 days’ right to withdraw from purchases according to the consumer protection act. This means that you as a customer have the right to withdraw from your purchase by contacting us at Maya Delorez within 30 days from receiving the ordered item. This does not include products that are personally designed.

When we have received and approved your return, we will refund you for the product(s). We will not refund the shipping costs from the original purchase.

Returned products must be returned in unchanged and unused condition. This means that labels, Velcro fasteners, and protective plastic must remain in the same condition as when the product(s) were delivered. All returns must be sent back in their original packaging and delivered in the same way as you received them for the return to be approved.

If the return is damaged as mentioned above, or demonstrates for example torn labels, dirt, or hair, Maya Delorez has the right to charge you for the damage to the product. This charge can amount to 100% of the value of the product if it is not considered to be in saleable condition. You will then receive a refund minus the reduction for the damaged product.

The refund is made as soon as we have received and checked the product condition. The refund applies to the returned product. The refund is always made to the same payment method that you used for the payment of your order. The cost for the original shipping will not be refunded.

We don’t handle direct exchanges at our warehouse. If you want to exchange a product, you return the product as described above, then place a new order on our website. We will refund you for the product(s) soon as we have received and approved your return. We will not refund the cost of shipping the original item, but you always get free shipping on your new product(s) if you request an exchange.

Please be aware that leather is a natural material. Differences in the structure and appearance of leather products are not considered defects and are therefore not an acceptable reason for return or complaint.

Maya Delorez reserves the right to deny a complaint if we consider that the product is not incorrect in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. We take a charge for any packages that are not collected from the collection depot and which are returned to us. We will charge the customer 35 EUR, 35 GBP, 35 CHF, 350 NOK, 265 DKK or 40 USD to cover all costs for shipping, packing and administration.

It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for tax and duty charges. An order can not be cancelled or ‘returned to sender’ unless these charges have been cleared.

Delay or refusal when paying for these charges will result in your shipment being destroyed and you will not be entitled to a refund. By placing an order with Maya Delorez you agree to these terms and conditions.

If you have bought your Maya Delorez product from a retailer, you must contact the retailer/shop for any questions regarding product exchange or complaints.

If you have bought your Maya Delorez product from a private person, we will not be able to help you with any changes/complaints.
