For the clarity, we will mention the customer as “you”, Maya Delorez AB as “we” and www.mayadelorez.com as the “website” in the following text.
These terms are written as a security for you as a customer and are recommended to know before you make your purchase on the website. Completed purchases on the website link you to these terms and conditions.
Maya Delorez cannot be held responsible for external circumstances that we do not have. We comply with Swedish law Distans and the Home Sales Act (2005: 59).
All prices on the website are in Swedish SEK or Euro depending on which currency you choose.
All prices set out on the Website are including VAT in accordance with applicable legislation. If an order is placed from a country outside of the EU, the prices are excluded VAT. Orders shipped to countries outside of the EU may be subject to local VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your delivery address. You will be responsible for the payment of such import duties and taxes. The VAT will be based on your total order value, regardless of your order being subject to a campaign. It should be noted that Maya Delorez AB has no control over these charges and, since these charges are different in different countries, Maya Delorez AB cannot predict the amount. Please contact your local customs and/or tax office for more information.
We have no minimum order value or claim on the minimum number of products when ordering. This in order for you as a customer to choose freely from our range. We reserve ourselves for any price adjustments, changes in inventory and obvious typing errors that can be found on the website. We believe and hope that this is something that you understand as a customer.
We offer Klarna as payment method in Sweden.
In other countries (worldwide) we also apply Klarna as payment method.
Are you under 18 years old? Then we require an adult’s approval to make a purchase.
For special orders or agreements where direct invoicing from Maya Delorez AB takes place and payment is not received before the due date is charged a late interest rate with reference interest + 9.00% and a reminder fee.
Delivery and shipping
We use DHL and POSTNORD as shipping companies. We choose shipping company depending on what is best for your order.
Sweden: 49 SEK
Europe: 10 euros
The rest of the world: 10 euros
In connection with your order, the current price appears after selecting country. We reserve us for all delays when shipping outside Sweden.
For notifications of your package, we will use the mobile phone number and email address that you entered when purchasing. By reserving us for errors in connection with completed purchase. So, check your contact information carefully to receive notifications correctly.
Orders received before 12.00 on weekdays we intend to ship the same day and reach most cases within 4 days. Delivery time varies between 5-10 business days, subject to any delays in promotions and holidays.
We reserve ourselves for any final sales of products. At final sales, we will contact you at the specified email address or phone number to find a solution that feels best for you. As we use some Limited-Edition products, we would like to draw your attention to the fact that the “first come first served” principle applies. In case of final sale, the item is cancelled from your order and refund is made to the customer. Limited Edition means that the product will not be picked up in our range but is made in a limited edition.
Changes and returns
You always have 30 days of right to withdraw your purchases according to the costumer protection act when you order from our website. This means that you as a customer has the right to withdraw your purchase if you let us at MAYA DELOREZ know that within 30 days from the ordered item was picked up by you. This does not include products that are personally designed.
If you want to use your right to withdraw your purchase, you must send your package back to us within 30 days from the day that you received it. For the return to be approved, the form regarding returned package that you get from us in your package need to be completed.
When using your right to withdraw your purchase, you as a customer always stand for the return shipping cost. Choose option for shipping and leave to nearest postal office.
When we have received and approved your return, we will make the refund for the product/products. The shipping cost from the purchase always remains.
Returned products must be returned in unchanged and unused condition. This means that labels, Velcro fasteners, and protection plastic remains in the same condition as when the products was delivered. All returns must be sent back in their original package and delivered the same way as when you received them for the return to be approved.
If the return is damaged like mention before, broken label, dirt, hair etc. Maya Delorez has the right to charge you for the damage of the product. Up to 100% of the value of the product if it considered not I a marketable condition. The payment will then be done minus the reduction of the damaged product.
The refund is made as soon as we have received and controlled the products condition. The refund applies to the returned product. The cost for the shipping remains and is never payed back.
We don´t handle changes at our warehouse. In a request of a change, you will make a return of the product and then place a new order at our website. We will make a refund to you as soon as we have received and approved your return of the product/products. The cost for the shipping in connection to your purchase always remains.
You always get free shipping on your new products if a change is requested. Use your personal code that you receive in your package to be able to use the free shipping. You are more than welcome to contact our customer service at: [email protected] if you have any questions and they will help you solve the problem and get you the free shipping of your new order.
Please be aware of that leather is a natural material. The difference in structure and looks of leather products is not considered defective and is by that not an approved reason for return or reclaim.
Maya Delorez reserves the right to deny complaint if we consider that the product is not incorrect in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. In the event of complaints, Maya Delorez follows guidelines from the General Complaints Board, see www.arn.se. More information is available at www.konsumentverket.se
If a dispute arises between you as a customer and Maya Delorez AB and we are unable to resolve the dispute, you can submit a complaint to the EU’s functioning dispute settlement online, ODR. More information can be found via the following link http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
We will take out a charge for all package that does not get picked up at the post office and goes in return to us. We will charge the customer 35 EUR to cover up all costs for shipping, packing and administration.
Purchases through retailers
If your Maya Delorez product is bought from a retailer you need to contact the retailer/shop for all questions regarding change of the product or reclaims.
If you have bought your Maya Delorez product from a private person, we will not be able to help you with any changes/reclaims.
Maya Delorez takes no responsibility for any accidents that takes place while using our products.
Observe that pictures of the product on the website can be additional equipped. It is always the product text that describes the current product. Observe that the color of the product on the screen may differs from the actual color.
Every riding school/retail that buys products from this website, is approving that their name might be published on this website.
Campaign offers and discount codes cannot be redeemed after an already placed order. Campaigns only applies to new orders that was placed during the time of the campaign.
In terms of war, nature disasters, conflicts on the labor market, decisions from government, default delivery from suppliers, costly circumstances, as well as comparable situations outside of our control that could not have been predicted, that affects already signed contracts and agreements from our side, that makes it impossible for us to keep the contract/agreement, and there for a situation like this will free Maya Delorez from all obligations to fulfill mentioned contracts.
